The newest hotel for the Jumeirah group has been taking shape on the Dubai coastline for the past six years, and anticipation for its March opening is running high across the city.

Completing the trio of maritime-themed properties on Jumeirah Beach, the new Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, with architecture by Killa Design, the studio behind the Museum of the Future, sits alongside the sail-shaped Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The property’s sleek superyacht-inspired spaces will be home to 386 light-filled rooms and suites, as well as 82 residences, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor terraces and elegant interior design. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will offer 11 restaurants and four bars, some within the building itself and others on the beachfront, as well as five outdoor and indoor pools, two private sandy beaches, and an 82-berth superyacht marina with a handful of casual dining options, including local favourites Salt and Feels. Jumeirah’s signature wellness brand Talise Spa will also take up residence in the hotel, with 13 treatment suites, each with private sea-view terrace. Guests will be able to access the rest of the Jumeirah hotels along this particularly lovely part of Jumeirah Beach by buggy or on foot along a broad stretch of soft sand.
