Our design philosophies function in multiple urban scales, from small community neighbourhoods to entire cities. We believe that community, liveability, economic viability and innovation are key to ensure the success of the urban DNA in our masterplans.
By 2050, almost 68% of the world’s population will be living in urban areas. With that in mind, we focus on studying and understanding the existing patterns and parameters that shape our cities in order to design solutions and proposals that are respectful for space making, urban realm and creating successful communities.
Our diverse team of creative mindsets and interdisciplinary expertise is involved in multiple local and international projects including masterplans, waterfront developments, townships and community neighbourhoods. Through our designs we focus on elevating the experience of individuals in the urban fabric by knitting the living, working and entertainment realms to create a vibrant heart for each community. Safe walkability and cyclability, appropriate intimate scale, diversity of the built environment and spacing between buildings are at the core of these developments.
